Large Butterfly Valve
This valve was specially designed to suit a 1200mm diameter duct and includes pneumatic actuation and inflatable seals to ensure gastight closure.
Offset Gravity Divert Valve
350mm Dia Gravity Diverter Valve with 30 degree offset leg and double crank-arm pneumatic actuation, hand demountable with hinged sideplate.
Dryer Outlet Rotary Valve
DT2500 Rotary Valve, SS304 Sanitary Construction, Round Inlet/Square Outlet, Hand Demountable with Easy Slide System, CIP Cleanable and Direct Drive. This unit was fitted to the outlet of a milk powder spray dryer to control the powder discharge rate.

300mm dia 4 way rotary tube selector valve, zinc coated mild steel construction, 1 bar rated, pneumatic actuation.

Rotary Valve Model CV2000 with Easy Slide rotor support carriage and rails.
Curd Distributor
This component is used to distribute cheese curd from the manufacturing process to either or both of two downstream pneumatic convey systems. Capable of up to 10,000 kg/hr, it includes polished sanitary SS304 construction , multiple access hatches with safety cutout switches, and is hand demountable and CIP cleanable.
Plastic Pellet Rotary Valve
Pellet conveying Rotary Valve Model DT500 Cast Iron/Mild Steel construction with Easy Slide rotor support, inlet pellet wiper, adjustable tips / disc end rotor, grease purged bearings and 2 pot epoxy red paint.
Dosing Valve
Sanitary powder dosing valve, SS304 / plastic construction, with modulating positioner actuator for Casein by-pass system.
Rotary Valve Carriage Support
This rotary valve and infeed hopper include a carriage and rails support system to enable them to be moved, and permitting the connection of other powder receiving components as well as assisting cleaning and maintenance.
