VideoGravity Divert Valves
Two or 3-way gravity divert valve, designed for quick and frequent demounting for cleaning.
Applications
Two-way, demountable gravity divert valve is ideal for system installations that require frequent cleaning with minimum downtime. Design allows fast, tool-free disassembly in installed location and easy access to all product-contact surfaces. Material flow through the valve is unrestricted with no ledges or dead spots. Manufactured in a range of finish options, including USDA Dairy specification.
Principal of Operation
Gravity fed material is diverted to either of two lines by a rotating blade that swings through 120° to fully close off the unused port. Extremely close, machined tolerances between rotating blade and body minimise product leakage to closed off port.
